Own Your Own Vines

The vineyard operation is based in the Cevennes in the south of France . We have 145 acres of grapes & we produce about 300,000 bottles of various wines each year . The grapes are grown using a liquid seaweed from Co. Donegal as a fertiliser which also protects the vines during the hot Summer months. The wine is produced using no additives.

"Who are we ?" you may ask . There are now over 150 of us, nearly all Irish & British . Some own only a single row of vines, producing up to 270 bottles of wine each year, which most take home to Ireland or the UK & drink.

The Galway Bay was our first offering to the home market . The location of our wine cave is on a little hill called "Coline d'Espere meaning "Hill of Hope" . This is our main label . We have 11 different grape varietals & we blend our wine to suit the market .

We offer wine lovers the opportunity to invest in the wine industry in a unique & rewarding way . Until now owning a row or two of vines would just have been wishful thinking . MH Wines in association with Les Vignerons Irlandais & Galway Wine Producers can now make this dream a reality .  We tend the vines , pick the grapes , make the wine & bottle & ship it direct to you . All you need to do is sit back , relax & enjoy top quality wine at superb prices .

You can of course be involved as much as you wish . You can visit your own vines in the vineyard , pick your own grapes , taste the young wines direct from the barrels or just sit back at home & enjoy a bottle of your own wine . The choice is yours .
